Online tickets use the orange roll beginning at 100542. Keep this roll separate from in-person ticket stock. Only verified, paid Bloomerang purchases receive online tickets.
Verify a purchase & issue tickets
Check the transaction in Bloomerang first. Enter only raffle bundles; exclude fees, donations and auction purchases. One record per payment transaction.
Use a complete email address, such as kernbrent@gmail.com, and enter at least one raffle-ticket bundle.
Orange roll capacity
Confirmed online ticket range: 100542 through 102000, inclusive — 1,459 orange ticket pairs. Keep this roll separate from in-person sales. Update the limit only if Metro Relief confirms a different available stock range.
Look up a winning ticket
A match is an online purchase record, not proof that a prize has been awarded. Confirm the selected prize and paid status. In-person winners must present their matching stub.
Purchase & fulfillment register
Use the ticket bucket grid to place orange tickets into their assigned prize buckets in bulk. Before drawing, resolve unassigned orders, pending emails and voided tickets.
Filters apply to the loaded purchases. Spreadsheet download always includes the full register.

All active online tickets. Sort by ticket number, bucket or purchaser. Bucket means the purchaser’s prize selection, not confirmation of physical placement. Unassigned tickets still need a prize selection. Voided tickets are excluded.
