A few helpful details.
How do online ticket numbers work?
Online entries use orange paper tickets, beginning at 100542. Each verified purchased ticket receives its own number. Your email lists every number and its assigned prize. Metro Relief places the corresponding physical tickets into the prize buckets.
Do I receive a matching paper stub?
Online purchasers do not receive the matching stubs. Metro Relief keeps a record linking online ticket numbers to purchasers and their chosen prizes. Keep your ticket email. At the drawing, Metro Relief will match an online winning ticket to the purchaser in its database; online winners do not need a matching paper stub.
What about tickets purchased at the Gala?
In-person purchases use a different ticket color from the orange online tickets. In-person ticket holders are responsible for keeping their matching paper stubs and presenting them to identify a winning ticket. Metro Relief does not write names on the tickets. Online ticket stock must remain separate from the stock used for in-person sales.
Can I change my selections?
Review your counts carefully before confirming. Confirmed selections are final so staff can place your physical tickets accurately. Contact info@metrorelief.org if you need help.
When do raffle ticket sales close and prizes get drawn?
Online raffle ticket sales and prize selections close at noon (12 PM CST) on December 4, 2026. Raffle tickets will also be available for purchase at the Gala on December 5, 2026, until 7 PM CST, unless the event MC announces a different closing time. The drawing is planned for approximately 8:15 PM CST on December 5, 2026, or at the conclusion of the Gala presentation.
Please note: Any online tickets that have not been assigned to a prize by noon (12 PM CST) on December 4, 2026, will be randomly assigned to raffle prizes by Metro Relief staff before the Gala begins on December 5, 2026.
