A global fundraising event to tackle homelessness
Expedition to climb Kilimanjaro with Metro Relief in 2025, fund-raising resources for Metro Relief’s first Transitional Home
Climb Kilimanjaro with Metro Relief in 2025. This is a once-in-a-lifetime event to provide resources for Metro’s first transistional house, a RESPITE TRANSITIONAL HOME that will provide a key stepping-stone safe haven in the rehabilitation process of our homeless friends.
Join our CEO, Austin Bonds, and Metro Staff, in the fund-raiser project which is focussed on securing $85,000 for the special Metro Tranisitional House for the Homeless.
You'll have the opportunity to raise funds for this very special cause. GO-FUND-ME type accounts will be set up for all participants.
In 2025
Depart USA on Friday, February 14th
Returning February 24th.
We will climb Kilimanjaro with guides who have undergone accredited wilderness safety training and regularly update their skills. Although you don't need mountaineering skills to climb it, people often underestimate Kilimanjaro and what's required to scale it successfully and safely. Metro will utilise the best guides and navigators to ensure a successful climb.
